John finamore jr. - Project Executive

John functions as the leader of the division in all aspects of the exterior field. He is a mechanical engineering graduate, with 15 years of experience in the exterior façade and New York City construction market. John is driven to educate, assist, and take the architectural culture in the NYC region to a more professional state. It is one of his fundamental assets to be quantitative and provide fact based solutions. In addition to the technical nature of the exterior components, John is well versed with sureties, contract administration, financing, submission navigation, coordination, logistics, and management of up to 100 men in the field.

leo wortman - project manager

Leo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in power generation from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a project manager at EAI, Inc., with experience on both the USTA Ticket Office and HSS Caspary. He has a strong understanding of the fabrication and install of ACM panels, fiber C, curtain wall, storefronts, canopies, steel work (parapet at HSS), and Hilti anchors / embeds. He is interested in exterior facades because of its cutting edge engineering, aesthetic value and ergonomic value / functionality. 

kristen macdonald - estimator/systems manager

Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens as well. She has her OSHA 10-hour Construction Certification. She is responsible for estimating and project tracking, including vendor relations and proposals. She takes interest in unique projects that allow her to solve problems for her clients. She also appreciates the originality in facades with architectural complexity.
